These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the website located at 49port.ru. Effective date and date of last update: June 25, 2026. By using the website, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the website. These Terms are issued in Russian and English; in the event of any discrepancy between the versions, the Russian-language text shall prevail.
The following terms are used in these Terms:
The Operator may at any time change the composition, design, and functionality of the Website, and may discontinue or suspend its operation in whole or in part.
The Website is an information and reference catalog of IT and networking equipment and replaces the previously used website ursacom.ru. The Website is not an online shop.
The Website provides no online-payment functionality and no retail shopping cart. The Website does not provide for the conclusion of a sale-and-purchase contract in electronic form directly on the Website.
The model of interaction is based on the request-for-proposal (RFQ-first) principle: the User browses the Catalog, adds items of interest to the request-list, and sends an Inquiry to the Operator; the Operator prepares and sends a commercial proposal and an invoice; the supply or sale-and-purchase contract and payment are concluded and made outside the Website.
Information about goods, their specifications, prices, and availability published on the Website is provided for reference purposes only, may change without prior notice, and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Submitting an Inquiry (including a price request, adding items to the request-list, or any other request) constitutes the User's request for a commercial proposal and does not create any obligation on the Operator to sell goods, does not automatically result in the conclusion of any contract, and does not constitute an acceptance.
The terms of supply, the final price, availability, timeframes, and other material terms are determined exclusively in the commercial proposal, the invoice, and/or a separate contract concluded between the Operator and the User outside the Website.
Certain features of the Website may require the creation of an account (registration). When registering and using an account, the User undertakes to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it in a timely manner.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account access credentials (login and password) and for all actions performed using the account. The User must immediately notify the Operator at info@49port.ru of any unauthorized access to the account.
The processing of personal data in connection with registration and use of the Website is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data," the Privacy Policy (/privacy), and the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data provided by the User (/consent).

The Operator may restrict or terminate the User's access to the Website (in whole or in part) in the event of a breach of these Terms or of statutory requirements.
The content of the Website, including the structure and contents of the Catalog, texts, descriptions, photographs and images, graphics, design, software code, and databases, is the intellectual property of the Operator and/or other rights holders and is protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Trademarks, trade names, logos, and other means of individualization displayed on the Website belong to their respective rights holders. Their presence on the Website does not transfer any rights to the User.
Any use of the Website's content, including copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or publication, without the prior written permission of the Operator or the relevant rights holder is prohibited, except in cases expressly provided for by law.
The Website may use recommendation technologies — technologies for providing the User with information based on the collection, systematization, and analysis of data about the User's preferences (Article 10.2-2 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Information, Information Technologies and the Protection of Information").
Applicable rules. The recommendation technologies use data about the goods viewed by the User and the User's actions on the Website. The purpose of their use is to display relevant goods and to improve the experience of working with the Catalog. Personal data is not used for these purposes to an extent that would violate the law.
The User may opt out of the recommendation technologies by ceasing to use the Website and/or by clearing cookies in the User's browser settings.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites and resources that are not controlled by the Operator. The Operator is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or other terms of such third-party resources.
The User follows external links at its own discretion and at its own risk. The use of third-party resources is governed by their own terms.
The Website is provided on an "as is" basis. The Operator does not warrant the uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation of the Website, its availability at any given time, or the full conformity of the information it contains with the User's expectations.
Information about goods, prices, and availability may contain inaccuracies and may change; the User should verify the current terms with the Operator by submitting an Inquiry. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the information up to date but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy.
To the extent permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Operator shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the User in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Website, including lost profits, or for the acts of third parties and the operation of third-party resources. This section does not limit the Operator's liability in cases where such limitation is expressly prohibited by law.
These Terms and the relations arising in connection with the use of the Website are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
The parties shall seek to resolve disputes and disagreements through negotiations and a pre-trial claim procedure: a claim is sent to the Operator at info@49port.ru or to the postal address specified in the "Definitions and General Provisions" section. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in court in accordance with the rules of jurisdiction under the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The Operator may unilaterally amend these Terms. A new version takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise stated in the version itself. The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of this document. Continued use of the Website after changes are made constitutes the User's acceptance of the new version.
