These Sales Rules (the "Rules") govern the interaction between the Operator of the 49port.ru website and users when browsing the catalogue and submitting requests for IT and networking equipment. The Rules take effect and apply from June 25, 2026. The 49port.ru website is not an online store: it offers no online payment and no retail order placement. These Rules do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. These Rules are translated from Russian; in the event of any discrepancy between the Russian and English versions, the Russian text prevails.
The 49port.ru website is a B2B catalogue of IT and networking equipment (switches, routers, servers, storage systems and other equipment). The website replaces the previously used resource ursacom.ru.

The catalogue is informational in nature and is intended for reviewing the product range and submitting requests. The materials posted on the website do not constitute an offer to enter into a contract and create no obligation for the Operator to do so.
The website is primarily intended for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs acquiring equipment for use in business and other professional activities.
Individuals may also use the website. Please note, however, that the website's operating model is based on the preparation of commercial proposals and the conclusion of supply or sale contracts off the website, without online payment or retail order placement.
Where the user is an individual acquiring equipment for personal, family, household or other needs unrelated to business activity, the provisions of the consumer protection legislation of the Russian Federation apply to the relations between the parties. The provisions of these Rules, including those on the absence of a public offer, do not limit or waive any rights guaranteed to such a user by the mandatory provisions of law.
The inquiries available through the website include: a request for a price or commercial proposal (RFQ), chat messaging, a callback request, and a request to be notified when an item becomes available.
When submitting a request or other inquiry, the user provides their personal data (in particular, name, email address, phone number, company name and company INN). Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy posted in the /privacy section and, where applicable, subject to the user's consent given via a separate, non-pre-ticked checkbox in the relevant form.
The prices and availability information shown on the website are of a reference (informational) nature, may change without prior notice, and do not constitute a public offer.
The final price, terms and timeframes are confirmed by the Operator in the commercial proposal and invoice issued following processing of the request. Until such confirmation is received, no prices or terms are deemed agreed by the parties.
Product cards may indicate availability statuses: "in stock", "in transit", "on request". These statuses are of a reference nature and do not guarantee the actual availability of a specific item at the time the request is processed.
Actual availability, quantity and timeframes are confirmed by the Operator's manager in the commercial proposal and invoice.
The condition of the equipment (new, used, or marked down) is indicated in the product card.
For used equipment and for marked-down equipment, the corresponding labelling is mandatory and is stated explicitly. Users are advised to take the product condition into account when making a decision and to clarify the details with the manager before any terms are agreed.
The terms of the warranty and the procedure for returning equipment are governed by separate terms posted in the /warranty section, as well as by the terms of the specific contract concluded off the website.
Where the user is a consumer who is an individual, warranty rights and the return procedure are also determined by the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery methods and timeframes, as well as the procedure and terms of payment, are agreed by the parties off the website. General delivery information is provided in the /delivery section. No online payment is made on the website.
The website may use recommendation technologies within the meaning of Article 10.2-2 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Information, Information Technologies and the Protection of Information". Recommendations are generated on the basis of the products viewed by the user and the actions taken on the website; their purpose is to display relevant catalogue products to the user.
The user may opt out of the use of recommendation technologies by ceasing to use the website and/or clearing cookies in their browser settings.
These Rules, as well as the product descriptions, prices, availability statuses and other materials posted on the website, do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and create no obligation for the Operator to enter into a contract.
Submitting a request is treated as the user's inquiry to obtain a commercial proposal and does not constitute conclusion of a contract. Contractual relations arise solely on the basis of a separately agreed and signed contract between the parties.
The Operator may amend these Rules. The current version is posted on the 49port.ru website and applies from the date of its publication. The date of the latest update of these Rules is June 25, 2026.
