The website 49port.ru is a B2B catalogue of IT and networking equipment (switches, routers, servers, storage systems, etc.) and is not an online store: no online payment, order placement or sale of goods is carried out on the website. Prices and availability are for reference only and do not constitute a public offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). A request submitted through the website is sent to a manager to prepare a commercial proposal (quotation) and an invoice; the supply (sale and purchase) contract and payment are concluded off the website.

I consent to the following actions with my personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to persons engaged by the operator under a contract on its behalf, blocking, deletion, anonymization, and destruction.
Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation means (mixed processing). Personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is processed and stored within the territory of the Russian Federation; no cross-border data transfer is performed.
The following may be engaged in processing on the operator's behalf (under a contract that includes confidentiality obligations and compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ): a hosting provider (servers in Russia), an email provider, an object storage service for files and images (Russia), and web analytics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics) — in an anonymized/statistical form. Data transmitted to managers via Telegram notifications is sent in a truncated (masked) form, without full personal data. The operator applies organizational and technical protective measures: access restriction, encryption of secrets (AES-256-GCM), rate limiting, and regular backups.
This consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn by me. Once the purposes of processing have been achieved, data is stored for the periods established by the operator (in particular: request and inquiry data — 36 months; chat correspondence — 12 months; technical logs — 90 days; audit logs — 180 days), after which it is deleted or anonymized.
I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written request to info@49port.ru or to the operator's address. In the event of withdrawal of consent, the operator may continue processing without consent where grounds provided for by part 2 of Article 9 and clauses 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ exist (in particular, for the performance of a contract, responding to an inquiry, or fulfilling obligations imposed by law).
